Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No contracts are required for the trial, but registrants will be required to accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in order to register. We do ask employers who purchase Health Portrait™ commit to the program for one year in order to give employees time to participate in the behavior change programs and measure progress.

Do I need a credit card to participate in the free trial?

No. Medforma offers a free trial for Health Portrait™ and Group Portrait™ Developer. Medforma does not require a credit card to participate in our free trial. At the end of the trial you may choose to cancel or become a paid subscriber.
